Green coffee bean extract is extracted from the seeds of coffee of small fruits, coffee of medium fruits and coffee of large fruits of the Rubiaceae family. Chlorogenic acid is the main active substance, and also contains fenugreek alkaloids and other alkaloids. Chlorogenic acid is a phenylpropanoid compound produced by the plant in the process of aerobic respiration through the mangiferous acid pathway, with antibacterial, antiviral and other effects.
