Antarctic krill oil is a red mixture of lipid extracted from Antarctic krill at low temperature, with a variety of bioactive ingredients, rich in phospholipid state eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid and other ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
