Palmitoyl tripeptide is a synthetic peptide widely used in skin care products, mainly through the promotion of collagen production and enhance the skin barrier function to play an anti-aging role. It is composed of three amino acids (usually glycine, histidine and lysine). It consists of three amino acids (usually Glycine, Histidine, and Lysine) combined with a palmitoyl group, a structure that allows it to penetrate the stratum corneum more easily, thus enhancing the effectiveness of skincare.
