Nattokinase, also known as subtilisin (hereinafter referred to as NK), is a serine protease produced by Bacillus subtilis natto during the fermentation of natto. It can dissolve thrombi, reduce blood viscosity, improve blood circulation, soften blood vessels and enhance vascular elasticity.
Product Features
① High Activity: Produced via liquid fermentation and nanobiotechnology, enabling precise extraction of active ingredients. The product's kinase activity exceeds 50,000 Fu/g.
② Superior Advantages: Compared with other thrombolytic drugs, Nattokinase (NK) offers advantages including low cost, high safety, small molecular weight, excellent oral efficacy, strong thrombolytic activity and long duration of action.
③ Optimal Conditions: Optimal reaction temperature: 30–45°C, with the best performance at 37°C; denatures and inactivates above 80°C. Optimal reaction pH: 6–9, with the best performance at pH 7.4; inactivates below pH 5.
🔬 Enzyme Activity Definition: Nattokinase reacts with fibrin to hydrolyze the peptide bonds of fibrin. The hydrolysis reaction changes the absorbance of the solution at 275 nm of ultraviolet light. One activity unit (1 FU) refers to the energy consumed for every 0.01 increase in the absorbance value at 275 nm.

Effects of Different Factors on Enzyme Activity
Functions & Applications
Nattokinase helps dissolve blood clots and lower blood lipids, making it highly effective in protecting against and supporting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health.
It supports healthy hormone balance, aids detoxification, improves skin appearance, and assists with weight and fat management.
It also offers antioxidant and anti-fatigue benefits, helping to slow down the aging process.
Absorbed easily through the intestines, it boosts thrombolytic activity in the body, reduces the risk of heart attack, and supports stronger heart function.
Storage
❄️
Keep in a cool, dry and dark place. Storage temperature: below 0°C.
Prolonged or improper storage may reduce enzyme activity. If exposed to high temperature or humidity, an appropriate increase in dosage is recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What is Nattokinase and where does it come from?
Nattokinase (NK) is a serine protease extracted from natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soybean food. It is produced by Bacillus subtilis natto during the fermentation process and is known for its potent thrombolytic properties.
Q
What is the enzyme activity level of your Nattokinase product?
Our Nattokinase is produced via liquid fermentation combined with nanobiotechnology. The kinase activity exceeds 50,000 Fu/g, ensuring a highly potent and effective product for various applications.
Q
What are the optimal storage conditions for Nattokinase?
Nattokinase should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark environment at temperatures below 0°C. Exposure to high temperatures (above 80°C) or extreme humidity may cause denaturation and reduce enzyme activity.
Q
What are the main health benefits and applications of Nattokinase?
Nattokinase offers a wide range of health benefits, including: dissolving blood clots and lowering blood lipids to support cardiovascular health; promoting hormonal balance and detoxification; providing antioxidant and anti-fatigue effects; and boosting thrombolytic activity in the body.
Q
What packaging and shipping options are available?
We offer flexible packaging options: 1 kg orders are packed in double plastic bags with an aluminum foil inner bag; larger orders are shipped in drums or cartons with two inner plastic bag layers. Delivery is available via EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Freight, or Sea Freight.
Q
Does your Nattokinase pass microbiological and heavy metal safety testing?
Yes. Our Nattokinase undergoes rigorous quality control testing, conforming to strict limits for heavy metals, pesticide residues, and microbiological standards. Tests for E. Coli and Salmonella return negative results.
