β-Mannanase is produced by genetically engineered strains via submerged liquid fermentation followed by spray drying. It is a type of endohydrolase that hydrolyzes mannans containing β-1,4-mannosidic linkages and falls under the category of hemicellulases. Its primary hydrolysates are mannan oligosaccharides.
This product has a β-Mannanase activity of ≥180,000 U/g, and also contains amylase, xylanase, cellulase, protease, pectinase, etc. The production strain is Bacillus lentus.
Application Conditions
Applicable temperature range: 40–65°C, optimal working temperature: 58–62°C
Applicable pH range: 4.6–10.6, optimal working pH: 6.0–9.4
With the recent exploitation of natural hemicellulose resources and the discovery of the medicinal value of mannan oligosaccharides, research and development of β-Mannanase have reached a new peak. It has been widely applied in numerous fields including food, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, textile printing and dyeing, animal feed, petroleum exploitation, and biological research technology.

| Storage | STORED HUMIDITY PROTECTED (RH LESS THAN 60) AT TEMPERATURE BELOW 25℃ | ||
| Shelf Life | 1 Year when Properly Stored | ||
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Recommended storage temperature: below 0°C.
Enzyme activity may decrease to varying degrees if stored for an excessively long time or under unfavorable conditions. If temperature or humidity is too high, an appropriate increase in dosage is recommended during application.
