Hemicellulase is extracted and refined via submerged fermentation of Trichoderma. It is a general term for a group of enzymes that degrade cellulose into glucose. Rather than a single enzyme, it is a multi-component complex enzyme system with synergistic effects.

This complex enzyme consists of multiple enzyme components including endo-β-glucanase, exo-β-glucanase, β-glucosidase and high-activity xylanase. It acts on cellulose and cellulose-derived derivatives.

  • Hemicellulose is formed by heteropolysaccharide polymerization. A single plant usually contains several types of hemicellulose composed of two or three glycosyl groups. The main glycosyl units of hemicellulose include D-xylose, D-mannose, D-glucose, D-galactose, L-arabinose, 4-O-methyl-D-glucuronic acid, as well as a small amount of L-rhamnose and L-fucose.
  • This product is produced through microbial fermentation. Microfiltration, ultrafiltration and other technologies are adopted to boost enzyme activity and ensure hygienic quality, complying with food-grade standards. It is safe to use and environmentally friendly.
  • Hemicellulose is hydrophilic, capable of swelling cell walls and endowing fibers with elasticity. During paper forming, it improves fiber structure and interfiber bonding force, and enhances fiber swellability and flexibility.
