Laccase is a copper-containing metalloproteinase consisting of polypeptide chains, glycan ligands and Cu²⁺. The laccase is produced via submerged liquid fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae, followed by advanced extraction, ultrafiltration concentration, drying and refining processes.

Enzyme activity may decrease to varying degrees if stored for an excessively long time or under unfavorable conditions. If temperature or humidity is too high, an appropriate increase in dosage is recommended during application.
